J’AIME has teamed up with exclusive womenswear shop Boutique Eleven, based at the Heart of the Country Shopping Village, to offer readers the chance to win £150 to spend in store
A stylish womenswear boutique is celebrating ten successful years in business at the Heart of the Country Shopping Village, near Lichfield
Boutique Eleven combines sought-after brands with a relaxed, personal shopping experience to offer ladies everywhere a fantastic solution to their wardrobe woes.
Owner Sandie Cottle says: “At Boutique Eleven we focus on contemporary womenswear; our key customers are 40-plus, but the styles we sell suit differing age groups.
“Our brands offer unique looks; we aim to offer something not found on the high street which is our point of difference. We offer personal service and are happy to help customers seeking wardrobe revamps or a complete new look.”
Brands which can be found on the rails at Boutique Eleven include The Masai Clothing Co, Sandwich, Myrine, SoyaConcept, Mama B, Two Danes and Grizas. Both Grizas and Two Danes specialise in the use of natural fabrics like linen, silk, cotton, bamboo and hemp, while Masai Clothing offers oversized elements in their designs which can suit fuller figure ladies.
Sandie adds: “I have found over my years in the fashion industry that not many women are happy with their body shape; our clothes flatter most shape, and seeing a lady happy with herself and leaving us feeling more confident than when she came in is the most satisfying feeling we can have.”
While most of Boutique Eleven’s clothes are perfect for everyday wear, there are some gems which would fulfil more special occasions
“We term this ‘wearagainwedding’ – we find a lot of our customers want to be able to wear outfits bought for a special occasion again,” says Sandie.
“We offer loyalty cards to customers, to give something back to our customers who spend with us and support us; they also receive special offers and news of new collections coming in. I have some amazing customers who love what we do and continue to support us. Our biggest challenge is online shopping and the British weather, the latter because our seasons seem to be non existent… layering is the key here!”
While Boutique Eleven is hoping to launch a website soon, Sandie still believe in the ‘shopping experience’.
“The experience of going to a boutique, with one-to-one customer service, is second to none and supporting and promoting Independent businesses like mine is crucial for the future of bricks and mortar retail.”
