As part of our #LoveLocal campaign, over the coming months we will celebrate some of the excellent hospitality businesses across our patch as the world gradually opens up once more.
Waffles with crispy bacon, fried eggs and maple syrup is just one of the recipes chef Susie Mandleberg is trying out ahead of the planned official reopening of Thyme Kitchen on May 18.
The head chef of the breakfast, brunch and lunch venue, at Curborough Countryside Centre, Lichfield, is currently developing a new menu ahead of the reopening.
Thyme Kitchen is also the base for Sauce Supper Club and its Dine at Home boxes.
