Run in Lichfield by Jane Galvez, Ripple HR has been operating throughout the pandemic to help businesses navigate human resources issues.
Jane set up and ran a successful e-Learning business and moved into HR within that business. After several years she then worked in a variety of SMEs, always taking responsibility for HR. She became Head of HR in an international automotive business, then set up Ripple HR.
